Called on a Sunday when our basement sink backed up and overflowed while I was doing dishes in the kitchen. They came out within the hour and got everything working properly again. Chase was professional, friendly, and efficient. Pricing was very reasonable and fair for an emergency weekend job.

B&L plumbing provides exceptional, timely and professional service! My basement flooded because of a water heater leak, I called Brooke and she was able to have Rick come out the very next day. The pricing is competitive amongst other companies, everything to be expected financially was given in a straightforward manner with no surprises. Rick is very friendly and proficient and taught me the ins and outs of my new water heater after he was finished. He also gave me recommendations for a carpet person due to the flooding. I cannot speak any higher of B&L plumbing and I will continue to use them for future projects! Thank you!

I called 3 companies and no one could come out on a Sun or they didn’t answer their phone. B and. L came within 30 min and Rick was amazing. Thank you for proving amazing customer service it’s hard to come by these days so appreciate your promptness. I will for sure use your company in the future.

Tech came out to inspect what needed to be done. Once he had seen the small tank on top of water heater he said they do not install them that way anymore. Once he returned to install it didn’t take him long to replace the old with the new. And he mounted the small tank to the wall which looks more professional. Overall we were very pleased with hot water heater and the insulation. The Tex was very polite and knowledgeable. We would recommend this company in the future . Thanks

Chase was our service technician. He was superb. We made the call to B&L late on Saturday and they were on-site within the hour. Chase was professional, skilled and a really nice guy! He was efficient, thorough and conscientious about his work. Hes a great asset.

Chase did such a wonderful job! First of the year and our water heater started leaking. He was very knowledgeable and explained everything so well. He was able to fix our water heater and not cost us a bunch of money for a new one.
